Key Bridge Signs Spectrum Sharing Contract with Defense Information Systems Agency
McLean, VA – Key Bridge Global LLC today announced that it has executed a contract with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO), to customize and operate its commercial Spectrum Access System (SAS) in the 2025–2110 MHz band.
The competitively awarded contract represents a major milestone, extending Key Bridge’s proven SAS technology—previously deployed for commercial licensed and unlicensed users—to support government spectrum sharing requirements. The system will provide real-time spectrum occupancy, frequency coordination, and sharing information across the entire United States and territories, while incorporating neutral interference incident reporting and advanced telemetry capabilities between central receive systems and transportable platforms.
This award builds on Key Bridge’s leadership in dynamic spectrum access, including FCC-certified TV White Space administration and ongoing development for the 3.5 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) band.
“We are honored to support DISA and the Defense Spectrum Organization in advancing spectrum efficiency for critical government operations,” said Jesse Caulfield, CEO of Key Bridge Global LLC. “This contract validates the flexibility and reliability of our SAS platform and reinforces our commitment to neutral, high-performance solutions that enable secure and effective spectrum sharing across commercial and federal users.”
Key Bridge’s spectrum management platforms continue to support FCC-certified services and prepare for broader commercialization.
