Notification Emails
You can choose to get activity notifications by email. These may include:

• Updates on tickets you created or follow.
• Activity on call signs or licenses you use or watch.
• Other alerts you requested.
• Security events on your account.
• Service issues, like outages or credits under our SLA.

Go to your settings to choose what you want.

Account Emails
You'll get receipts for billing and transactions at your main email.

Marketing Emails
We sometimes send:

• Tips for using your account.
• Info on new features.
• Newsletters or subscriptions.
