These terms apply when you use third-party applications ("apps") that connect to your Key Bridge account. We provide the login and handle billing, but the apps themselves are built and run by other companies.
By connecting or buying a third-party app, you agree to these rules in addition to our main Terms of Service and Customer Agreement.

We are not responsible for the app itself. If the developer has their own terms or privacy policy, those apply too (we'll link to them when possible).
Payments
All charges go through us and follow our standard Customer Agreement.

Your Data and Permissions
To make the app work, we share the minimum info needed (usually your name, user ID, and email). You'll always see exactly what we're sharing and can approve or deny it.
You stay in control:
The developer is responsible for keeping your data safe and deleting it when access ends. Check their privacy policy for details.

We may block or remove an app if required by law or our policies. If that happens, we'll work with the developer to let you know and help find a solution.

Service Levels
Our CBRS Service Level Agreement does not apply to third-party applications. Third-party providers may offer their own SLA — you should check if reliability is important to you.
Note: Our SAS and ESC services are 100% in-house — no third-party apps are used there.
