Don't say we endorse or partner with you without our written approval.

Events Beyond Our Control
We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by events we can't control, like natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, or government actions.

How We Handle Disputes
Any dispute between us will be settled through binding arbitration in Fairfax County, Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or to join a class action. If arbitration isn't allowed, disputes go to courts in Virginia. Virginia law applies.

Our Services and Site Are "As Is"
We provide our website and general services "as is" with no guarantees. We don't promise perfect uptime, accuracy, security, or that they meet your needs.

We're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or data.
