CBRS Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of our CBRS Spectrum Access System (SAS) and Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) services. They work together with our main Terms of Service and Connected Applications Terms of Service where applicable. By signing up for or using these services, you agree to follow these rules.

What These Services Are
We provide a Spectrum Access System (SAS) for the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) band and related Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) to detect incumbent users. These services help manage spectrum access in line with FCC rules.

Your Account and Access
You need a valid Key Bridge account to use these services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details safe.

How You Can Use the Services
You may use our SAS and ESC services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with FCC regulations. This includes:

• Registering and managing CBRS devices properly.
• Providing accurate information about your devices and locations.
• Following all FCC Part 96 rules for CBRS use.

What You Can't Do
You agree not to:

• Use the services for illegal activities.
• Try to interfere with, overload, or hack our systems.
• Share false or misleading device information.
• Reverse engineer our software or services.
• Use the services in ways that violate FCC rules.

We can suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

Plans and Billing
When you select a plan or subscription, it forms a binding order for the services.

• Plans auto-renew unless you cancel at least 60 days before the end.
• Billing details follow our Account Agreement.
• If you use a free or "best effort" plan with no monthly fee, the service is provided as-is with no SLA.

Data and Spectrum Information
Data we provide about spectrum availability, channel assignments, or sensing results belongs to us and is protected by copyright.

• You can use it only to operate your CBRS devices.
• You can't publish, redistribute, or sell it without our written permission.

Our Infrastructure
We provide the services using our own systems or trusted third-party providers. We can change or move infrastructure (including to cloud or virtual setups) as long as service quality stays the same. We'll give notice when possible.

Service Availability
We work hard to keep the services running. For our specific reliability commitment and credits, see our separate CBRS Service Level Agreement.

FCC Compliance
You are responsible for making sure your use of CBRS spectrum follows all FCC rules. We provide tools to help, but the final responsibility is yours.

Termination
You can stop using the services or close your account anytime.
We can end your access with notice or immediately if required by law or if you break these terms.

Changes to These Terms
We can update these terms with notice (usually posted on our site). If you keep using the services after changes, you accept them.
