Effective March 16, 2026, we've introduced a new flat-rate pricing model for our Spectrum Access System (SAS). Designed specifically for network service providers, this structure delivers transparency, predictability, and clear incentives for growth:

• $500 fixed monthly fee – Includes full SAS access (real-time frequency management, dynamic grants, ESC incumbent protection, API integrations, and more) plus your first 100 radios at no additional per-radio cost.
• +$10 per radio for each radio beyond the first 100.
• Pro-rated billing for partial months, with automatic credits for any downtime – consistent with our SLA-backed 99.986% proven uptime.
• No multi-tier complications or variable rates by radio type – just one straightforward, scalable structure.

How it scales in practice:

• 50 radios: $500/month total (all covered in the fixed fee).
• 150 radios: $1,000/month ($500 fixed + $10 × 50 extra).
• 500 radios: $4,500/month ($500 fixed + $10 × 400 extra).

This replaces our prior multi-rate approach with a model that rewards expansion while keeping OPEX planning simple and affordable.
